A Conversation with Jay Clayton and Kamil Shields

In this episode of S&C Sidebar, Jay Clayton, Senior Policy Advisor and Of Counsel to Sullivan & Cromwell, is joined by Kamil Shields, a partner in S&C’s Criminal Defense and Investigations Group. Jay talks with Kamil about some of her most interesting matters as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and during her time at S&C.
